Smelly carpets

A bad-smelling carpet in your home, store or office will speak ill of you to others. After all, people will not only say that the carpet smelled bad, but they will also comment that you are a slob, avoiding going back to the place, which can be very counterproductive.

This is why we want to teach you how to get rid of the bad smell in your favorite carpet with this common ingredient: baking soda.

1 – First, vacuum your carpet and rub it with a damp cloth and let it dry.

2 – Take enough baking soda and spread it all over the carpet until it is completely covered with a thin layer. It should not be agglomerated in just one area, but should cover the entire surface.

3 – Leave it on for 4 to 8 hours depending on the intensity of the smell.

4 – Remove all baking soda using a vacuum cleaner and make sure to remove it completely.

5 – Finally, shake the carpet outdoors and you will see how the smell has already disappeared.
